It is one of the homogenous, isotropic, durable and least human initiative construction systems. It enables error-free and damage-free production. It enables a sustainable construction management 365 days a year, in all weather conditions, and provides short-term and dry manufacturing in the factory and in the field.

System elements provide lifetime protection against corrosion by galvanising method. It offers a wide range of material selection, flexibility and aesthetics in design. In the interior space, it offers users the opportunity to use net space without columns, beams, etc.

At the same time, since the wall thicknesses are in certain standards compared to traditional systems, it has features such as saving in exterior cladding and providing 7-10% space gain in the interior. It is lighter than other construction systems. This brings the advantage of having high earthquake performance.

It shortens the construction period with fast and easy installation. Thus, it allows the reduction of indirect costs that will occur in the field. It provides the advantage of less labour and finishing work in a short time. They are not temporary prefabricated, but long-lasting, permanent structures with high comfort standards.

The interior and exterior appearance obtained when the building is completed is no different from the traditional one. While the system is implemented under the control of experienced engineers and architects, manufacturing is carried out by trained workers in the factory and field.

It complies with all national and international specifications in design and production. Electrical and mechanical installations in the steel structure system are considered during design. Before the production, hole locations are determined in the wall uprights and floor beams where the installation will pass and opened during production. As in traditional systems, there is no need for breaking, pouring and repairing operations when necessary. This protects the contractor during construction and the user during use from additional costs. It offers high building physics possibilities to the user. (Necessary fire protection conditions are provided thanks to gypsum boards and cement based coatings. Thermal insulation is designed according to the climatic conditions of each region and applied with appropriate material selections. In this way, thermal insulation performance is also high. The building elements that make up the structure also provide the necessary sound insulation).

It has been reported by the American Iron and Steel Association and certified by International Environmental Management Systems that steel is a recyclable material at a rate of 90% or more. According to the American Lung Association, it is a building system in which healthy indoor air quality is obtained thanks to the materials used. Special static calculations are made for each project and the maximum openings and floor heights are determined with the data obtained as a result. There is no problem in the supply of materials used in the system under national and international conditions. The system, which has been widely used in the USA for 50 years, has been in high demand in the European Union countries and Gulf countries, especially in the emirates such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, which have recently started to be built, and has been introduced to Turkey after the 1999 earthquake, is increasing day by day.
